WHAT IS CONSIGNMENT?
Consignment is when you send your items to US (either by hand or courier) to be sold and you will ONLY receive payment after the item has been sold.
However, your items will only be displayed after authentication of your items. If it is not found to be authentic, or it is questionable, we will shipped the items back to you; charges borne by you.
Your items will be DISPLAYED, UPLOADED on OUR WEBSITE and FACEBOOK (Instagram is optional and it is our discretion to publish your item there) within 5 working days from the date item has been received.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE PRICING?
Pricing will be determined on the condition, model and colour of the item. Usually we will advise customer to lower down 30-50% of the ORIGINAL price. Our advise will be based on experienced and also retail price of the item. Do email us with a picture if you would like an estimate pricing.
WHAT ARE THE CONSIGNMENT FEES?
Our consignment fees are added ON TOP of your AGREED PRICE
HOW AND WHEN DO I GET PAID?
Payment will be made by cheque ON the 10th of the following month. After the item has been sold and accepted by the buyer, you will receive a notification from us.
WHAT ITEMS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept bags and small leather goods from LUXURY BRANDS. At the moment, we DO NOT ACCEPT Coach and Michael Kors.
WHAT IF I WANT TO TAKE MY ITEM BACK?
If you wish to take your items BEFORE 90 DAYS, a fee of RM100 is applied. This is for advertising, our posting on website and facebook, tagging and upkeep of your items.
WHAT IF MY ITEM DOES NOT SELL?
Most consignment items will sell before the 120-days. However, if the item remains unsold we will contact you to discuss either keeping it available for sale at a reduced price. You will not be charged anything if you take your items AFTER 90 DAYS and you are welcome to take back your items (Courier and packaging charges bourne by you)
