Exchange Policy

Our team carefully handpick each item on Gorgeous Luxury, so we hope that you love your purchase as much as we do. All items on are either NEW or PRELOVED as stated in the caption.

However, we understand that sometimes it doesn’t fit or it may not be quite what you were looking for. So, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will offer you AN EXCHANGE. We do NOT give REFUNDS.

How do I exchange the item?

Inform the us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing us at The item must be shipped within 7 days of the date received, and your NAME and RECEIPT NUMBER must be labeled clearly on the parcel. Please note that we have the right to reject and refuse items that are not in NEW condition and LOOKS USED (If item is new).

Can my exchanges get rejected?

The item should be returned in the same condition as when you received it, together with EVERYTHING that we have included. Returns that are not in the condition of purchase may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

What happens next?

Within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. Price of exchange would be the EXACT price of the bag (We DO NOT cover taxes, shipping cost and also other misc.)

How long will it take to exchange my item?

Your exchange will be done in 3-5 working days and your NEW EXCHANGED item will be shipped back to you within this time.

What if I don't like anything in the store?

You are able to PREORDER any item to exchange; however, once PREORDERED, you cannot change your mind.

Please note that we DO NOT REFUND A PURCHASE (unless authenticity issue occurs)

What if I have a balance?

Balance will be treated as store credit and can be used for the next purchase.

How many times can I exchange an item?

You are only allowed to exchange an item ONCE.
